Life within walking distance. That’s exactly what you’ll find as a common thread among all of The Neighborhoods of EYA. And it’s exactly what we hope to bring to downtown Silver Spring, through our newest community, Chelsea Court.

EYA specializes in building high-quality, “urban infill” residential developments. We look to build a pedestrian-friendly, smart and environmentally sustainable community that is consistent with Silver Spring’s revitalization efforts, but respectful to the community’s strong character and unique identity. Chelsea Court will continue this progress.

Support for Chelsea Court Builds Momentum
An abundance of support for Chelsea Court continues to grow from the community.  As we progress through the approval process, EYA is thankful for the support from Chelsea School neighbors and community members — through letters of support, emails, and testifying at hearings. EYA looks forward to continuing to work with the community to make Chelsea Court become a reality!
